We were finally able to send the first organic goods to Switzerland!
These include:
- Almond butter, hazelnut butter and hazelnut cream with 15% honey
- Almonds and hazelnuts, roasted and unroasted.
- Ajvar and Lutenica with four different test recipes. As we do not yet have a fixed - recipe, we are not yet selling it. But of course you are very welcome to try it.
All products are of Swiss organic quality, except for the hazelnuts, which we have produced according to the stricter Bio Suisse guidelines.
Next year we would also like to prepare marketable Ajvar, Lutenica and Malidzano. However, the harvest has to be better than last year for this to happen and this is not guaranteed after the current heat and water shortage. Let's hope!
